trans-Di(μ-acetato)bis[o-(di-o-tolylphosphino)benzyl]dipalladium(II)(also known as bis (mu-acetoxy) bis (o-di-o-tolylphosphate) dipalladium) is a metal organic compound having the chemical formula [Pd2(μ-CH3COO)2{o-(η2-C6H4PPh2)}2].

Nature:
1. Appearance: trans-Di(μ-acetato)bis[o-(di-o-tolylphosphino)benzyl]dipalladium(II) is a yellow-green solid.
2. Melting Point: about 176-180 ℃.
3. It is stable under anhydrous conditions and can be stored for a long time at room temperature.

Use:
trans-Di(μ-acetato)bis[o-(di-o-tolylphosphino)benzyl] dipallium (II) is an important coordination compound, which is widely used in organic synthesis. Its Main uses include:
1. Catalyst: used as dehalogenation reaction catalyst for organic compounds such as phenyl halide and methyl chloride.

1. P-dibromotoluene is reacted with phenyltriphenylphosphine in p-butylbenzene as a solvent, and the obtained product is crystallized to obtain a crystal.
2. Reaction of trans-bis (mu-chloro) bis [benzoyl(η2-C6H4PPh2)] dipalladium with acetic acid to produce trans-Di(μ-acetato)bis[o-(di-o-tolylphosphino)benzyl] dipallium (II).
